If there’s one thing Wendy Witte believes wholeheartedly, it is this: Successful partnerships are the door to success. And exceptional service is the key that opens the door. Wendy’s background is all about providing exceptional service. Her past clients know that they can count on her to always help craft the best solution for their needs; and that she’ll watch for opportune moments in the market that may even better their situation! Nearly 100% of Wendy’s mortgage origination business comes out of referrals from happy clients, real estate agents, or financial advisors.
Wendy has had a diverse business career – one that has involved her in the not-for-profit world as Vice President for the Southern California YMCA organization and also in the high-energy world of IBM, as a trouble-shooting ombudsman for IBM’s national sales organization. Despite the diversity of her career venues, Wendy believes there is a common thread that ties them together – win/win solutions. THAT’s what she’s big on, THAT’s the secret to long-lasting partnerships, and THAT’s what has fueled her career success.
Wendy’s in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry was gained during her tenure as executive assistant to the CEO of IndyMac Bank and later as an account executive working on the wholesale side. In these positions, Wendy worked closely with senior management and gained a unique perspective on the inner workings of the mortgage industry. Her subsequent responsibilities as a Relationship Manager promoting IndyMac’s automated underwriting system to local brokers and as a Business Development Manager for MILA (she achieved the coveted President’s Club Award her first year), enhanced her expertise.
In addition to her knowledge and experience in the mortgage industry, Wendy brings an abundance of energy, enthusiasm, business savvy, and customer service skills to her position. Her integrity, straightforward approach to providing workable solutions to clients and business partners, and delightful sense of humor make working with Wendy a rewarding experience. She can be trusted to handle partners’ customers with the same kind of care, consideration, and communication as she would her own clients, and can be counted on to exercise her superior decision-making skills to get the job done right, on time, and with a minimum of fuss. It is these personal attributes, as well as her business acumen, that have helped her forge successful partnerships in the past and continue to do so with every new relationship she builds.
Wendy resides in St. Charles with her husband, John, and their blended family: Wendy’s 22 year old daughter, Lindsey, a senior at Principia College and John’s 12-year old son, August, a 6th grader at Hollenbeck Middle School. With Jesse – the family’s 92-pound Irish “Wolfador” (part Great Dane, Irish Wolfhound, and Labrador) – and their two cats, Kramer and Elaine, Wendy’s home is never a dull place.

Sixty-eight employees with a combined seven centuries of experience make up USA Mortgage's
staff of loan officers and the supporting cast of processors, underwriters and closers.
These staff members are knowledgeable, loyal and determined to provide the best customer
service possible. Its not just about great products and low interest rates, our people make
the difference. The staff knows that you have a lot of options when it comes time to getting
a home loan. If we are not constantly focused on clear communication and ongoing follow-up
with each customer, then we have failed.
We view our customers as "customers for life". The relationship does not end at the closing
table, as is the case with most lenders; it continues over time through future follow-up
calls, e-mails and letters about things such as market updates and refinancing opportunities.
